Haze and Hotspots Maps 25 November 2015

As it is visible from today's Modis satellite image, there are 15 hotpots detected in South Sumatera province, while for East Kalimantan there were no hotspots detected, due to the void on the image.

The CO pollution recorded over Palembang and its surroundings is around 0.15 ppmv, however, the figure is higher to the west of this province, approx. 0.19 ppmv. While for Samarinda, the capital of East Kalimantan and its surrounding areas it lies at approx. 0.14 ppmv.
