Proper documentation of trainings is the first step to a continuous improvement of training implementation. Consequently, the Training Center of Environment and Forestry (BDLHK) of Samarinda in cooperation with FORCLIME conducted a training on documentation management of training implementation on 21-22 August 2017 in Samarinda, East Kalimantan. The event was attended by 18 participants – staff of BDLHK Samarinda and lecturers (widyaiswara). The goal of the training is to enhance capacities in the documentation of training processes, as such skills will ultimately lead to better evaluation documents and better training modules.
In his speech, the Head of BDLHK Samarinda emphasized the importance of such trainings as instruments for evaluations and continuous training improvement. BDLHK Samarinda has shown great interest and has expressed commitment for future trainings.
Participants gained knowledge on improving their skills in listening and recording processes and composing minutes. Additionally, they were informed on the code of rules for preparing formal documents of different government agencies.
